We provide shipping all over Pakistan through leopard and international through DHL. It will take 6-7 days for delivery within Pakistan and 16-17 days for international orders delivery. Made to orders in 6 to 8 weeks national and international formal wear delivery times are determined after reviewing the requirements.

 Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from receipt of order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subjected to additional  charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested charges.

Made to order dresses can be customized in any color or material. We do not color customize our ready to wear dresses. Size customization is possible only.

Within 48 hours of placing an order, you have a right to ask our customer services to cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. We will be unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order after 48 hours.  

Our team make every possible effort to display the colors of items as accurately as possible. However , there may appear some difference between the actual color and what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that display color on screen will be completely accurate as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
